- 2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 pinch each ground ginger, cloves, nutmeg
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup non-dairy milk
- 1 frozen banana
- Creamy Topping (optional):
- 2 Tbsp. coconut milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp. maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
