- 1 Tbsp. ground flaxseed + 3 Tbsp. water
- 3/4 cups walnuts, pecans, or sunflower seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice 1/2 lime or lemon
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. nutritional yeast
- 1 cup basil leaves
